Rocky has been a lifelong resident of the Plant City/Cork community. He married Carol Ann Boddy in 1977, and together they have three children and 11 grandchildren.
A graduate of Plant City High School, Rocky earned degrees in Business, Psychology, and Social Sciences Education. His career spanned farming, sales, and education, retiring in 2023 after years as a teacher and testing assistant.
Baptized at Cork Methodist Church, Rocky met Christ in 1980 and served in various leadership roles. Since 2016, he has been a member of City Pointe Church, serving as an Elder since 2020.
