At City Pointe Church, we believe kids are not just the future of the church—they are the church. Our goal is to partner with parents in the full development of their children, which is why our kids gatherings are far more than childcare. Through intentional, community-driven discipleship, we invite kids to know Jesus, live like Jesus, and do as Jesus does in their everyday lives.
We use GO Curriculum! resources because they are Bible-driven, God-focused, and Gospel-centered. Our goal is to help children understand the Bible in a way that connects every story to God's love and His plan for redemption. GO! curriculum teaches kids chronologically, allowing them to see how God is at the center of every story from Genesis to Revelation. We also prioritize sharing the good news of Jesus in age-appropriate ways, inviting children to respond to His love and become followers of Christ. This curriculum helps us build a strong biblical foundation while guiding kids to grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus.
We offer care for infants and preschoolers for the length of the gathering (Theater 1) at 10:00 AM, with elementary kids joining the entire church for worship before being dismissed to learn from Scripture with their peers (Theater 7).
Yes. All kids ministry volunteers are screened and background checked through Checkr.
Our Family Gathering happens the 1st Sunday of the month where the entire family worships, listens to the teaching, and takes communion together. Those in elementary stay in the main gathering (Theater 8) with a special kids teaching. Infants and preschoolers will have care available for the length of the gathering (Theater 1).
We want middle and high school students to discover who they are in Jesus, step into their unique part of God’s story, and understand that their lives have a meaningful purpose in His Kingdom. Through community, worship, and intentional discipleship, we help students grow in their faith, navigate life’s challenges, and build a strong foundation rooted in Christ. Above all, we want every student to know Jesus personally and experience the profound love He has for them.
